TK & Kindergarten Round-Up is still going on this week...ending on Friday, February 27th. Please sign up in the school office from 8:30am-3:30pm.

TK & KINDERGARTEN ROUND-UP
Begins February 23rd and ends February 27th
February 23rd...8:30am in the Activity Room. Registration will continue throughout the week between 8:30am-3:30pm in the school office.
Please be sure to bring your child's birth certificate, proof of residency and immunization records.
Please spread the word to all who may need to sign their children up for either TK or Kindergarten for the 2015-16 school year!!

Kindergarten & Transitional Kindergarten Sign-Ups

Kindergarten & Transitional Kindergarten (TK) sign-ups are going on now for the 2014-15 school year!! Sign-ups are taking place at Skyblue beginning at 8:30am this entire week. Please bring all necessary documents (original birth certificate, immunizations record & two forms of proof of residency (utility bills)!!

Kindergarten & Transitional Kindergarten Round-Up Week for 2014-15 pre-registration begins
NEXT WEEK:
Monday, February 24 - Friday, February 28 (enrollment forms are accepted throughout the year)

Age Requirements:

• Kindergarten Entry- Children that turn 5 by September 1
• Transitional Kindergarten Entry- Children that turn 5 between September 1 and December 2

The following information is required to complete registration:

• Original birth certificate provided by the County Registrar/County Recorder or passport
• Verification of immunizations (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (DTP), polio (OPV or IPV), measles, mumps and rubella (MMR), hepatitis B, varicella (chickenpox)
• Dental screening (forms will be available at time of registration)
• Proof of residency (2 original items, such as utility bills (cell phone bills not accepted), lease/escrow/rental papers, property tax payment receipts)
